I made this blog a very very long time ago, but didn't know what to do with it. There are so many knitting blogs, and I didn't feel I had anything to offer that the others didn't. But my boyfriend Matt decided to knit/crochet all 151 of the original pokemon with me... and I feel that this endeavor is a little unique. So, to document the experience, explain the process, and complain about the difficult ones (Im thinking jolteon, and the legendary birds... no, all the birds) I wanted a place to vent. So! This is the beginning. There will be pictures accompanying every pokemon, and we intend to knit them in order of the pokedex, with the goal being completion of at least 2 pokemon per week. My birds are enthusiastic about it too, they are behind me squawking about the different templates and colours and things on the blog interface. Actually, they are probably just enthusiastically asking me to give them more millet. Greedy little things, but I love them. Check in soon for bulbasaur!
